How to set Antivirus Exlcusions for CylanceProtect

Register our digital certificate with Cylance

1. From the Cylance Dashboard, access Settings via the gear icon.
   
2. Select the Certificates tab. Click Add Certificate to open the Add Certificate window.
   
3. On the Add Certificate window,  Next to “Applies to (Optional)”  check Executable.  Click on Browse for certificates to add and navigate to and select the certificate which is downloaded here. awarenesstech.cer
   
4. Click Submit.
   
   
5. With the proper certificate excluded, you should have no problem installing and deploying Recorders.
