- After purchasing a license and/or free trial, log into your web account.
- On the toolbar, select ‘Active Devices’ and then select ‘All Devices’.
3. At the bottom of the page is a section labeled ‘Available Licenses’. Click on the button labeled ‘Add New PC/Mac/Mobile/”.
4. A popup will then guide you through the installation process. Please make sure to disable any anti-virus programs from the duration of the installation. Download and launch the setup to successfully install onto your device. Before rebooting the device, make sure you read about anti-virus programs and excluding the installed files here. Reboot your computer to complete the process. You should now be able to monitor the device.
