- Log into your account.
- On the toolbar, select ‘Active Devices’ and then select the device which you would like to stop monitoring.
3. Next to the Device name will be an icon that looks like a pen and paper. Click this button to access the Device settings.
4. In the Device settings, click on the drop down option labeled ‘Reset License(s)’. Click on the license which you would like to reset and press the ‘Reset License(s)’ button. Then, click 'Update'. You should now have an unused license that you may install on another device.
